- Do the wells need mobile coverage or wifi?
- No. The unit reports by satellite, so it works wherever it can see the sky. Nobody on site needs to do anything to send the readings.
- What happens if the satellite link drops?
- The unit keeps its readings and sends them when the link is back, and Evalu8 Pro puts late readings in their proper place. If a unit stays quiet for longer than you allow, it raises an alert.
- What does the unit measure?
- Flow, first of all. Pressure, water level or water quality can be added where your wells need them, and the unit reports its own battery too.
- We already have loggers. Can we use them?
- Yes. Any logger or gateway that can send its readings over the internet can post them to Evalu8 Pro, and a telemetry provider with an API can be connected directly.
- Who owns the data?
- You do. Download the whole description of your wells at any time, and read every well, reading and repair through the API.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. Most programmes start with a pilot on a handful of wells, then add wells, regions and partners to the same account as they grow.
- Is AI deciding what is wrong with a well?
- No. Likely causes come from rules that weigh the evidence in the readings, with the reasons shown, and a person on your team confirms or corrects every one. Ask, the built-in assistant, answers questions about your wells and names the records it used.
- Can it control the well?
- Only where there is a valve or pump controller to ask, and only when someone allowed to presses the button. The controller keeps its own safety limits, every press is logged, and it only counts as done when the readings show it.
- Is it only for artesian wells?
- No. Artesian wells are where pressure matters most, but the same platform watches pumped boreholes, springs, tanks and piped schemes. The sensors change; the platform does not.
- How are alerts shown?
- On the dashboard, on Monitoring and on the well’s own page, where your team acknowledges them. Your own systems can read open alerts through the API.
